Right now saying that you are experiencing monumental changes and challenges in your life most people would say is an understatement. The alignment of the stars and the energy in the Universe are accelerating the light being brought onto the planet which will affect us in many ways to support/force change.
One way it is affecting people is to integrate a higher vibration of light into your Spirit to help you remember and reawaken to YOUR Soul Purpose. You may feel a sudden disconnection or impatience with your life, your work, and/or the things that no longer hold true meaning for you.

Normality is an Illusion…Take off your Masks and Be Authentic!

Be Your Authentic Self!

You know how when you were a kid and you made funny faces in the mirror as you looked at yourself, you said what was on your mind, you expressed emotions as they came up, and you were creative and imaginative?

You still have that part of you inside of you! The problem is that as we grow up we learn: NO, don’t do that, that’s wrong, it’s not ok to cry, it’s not ok to be yourself, etc. And each time we are told those things, it starts to create a wall around us taking us out of being that spontaneous creative person in the moment that we live in as a child, to living in a world confined to right or wrong. And that wall not only separates you from the truth of who you are, it supports you in creating masks that you show the outer world in hope for acceptance in a world you aren’t sure you belong in.

Think about all the masks you wear. What mask do you wear at work? In other words, who do you think you are expected to be in your work environment?  What mask do you wear at home? Or who are you expected to be in your home environment? What other situations have different expectations of you? Think about each of the roles you play in your world. Can you see the masks you wear in different situations? How do these masks make you feel? 

The more we feel we are wrong or imperfect, the more we wear masks to show people either what we think they want to see in us or what we feel safe in showing them. This creates that proverbial energetic box around us that we start living from which manifests a world of limitations, fears, perceived rules, and sometimes a false identity. 

I sadly had a close friend die last year of cancer who lived inside that box. He was gay but was scared to death to let people around him know. The more he hid from himself, the more cramped that box became that he created around him. No one could reach him and he couldn’t find his way out. When you experience this kind of emotional isolation and pain within you, it will eventually manifest physically in your body. And although I miss him, his death isn’t what saddens me. What saddens me is that he felt as though it was never ok to be his authentic self. 

Believe me when I tell you that you came into this world EXACTLY the way you are for a purpose. Normality is an ILLUSION! There is no normal. Normal is people putting on masks to PRETEND they are something they think is expected of them. The truth is that WE ALL WANT TO CONNECT WITH YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF. We want to connect with your individuality, your creativity, what makes you you and different from EVERYONE else. Imagine if we were all the same. How boring would that be? We are all different because we all have things to teach and learn from one another. If you aren’t being your authentic self, you aren’t only cheating yourself from living from that inner space of brilliance, you are cheating the people around you with whom you have soul contracts in your life. The truth is that people connect with you more when you are being authentic then they do when you are wearing your mask because they can feel it. They know the difference. Your masks aren’t fooling anyone. Those masks aren’t even fooling you, right?

So what if you stepped out of the box right now and removed all of those masks? Burn the box! Live Limitlessly, Live authentically! It’s time. You deserve it. Take a minute to feel the difference between how you feel carrying around those heavy masks of pretense and what it would feel like if you let go of all of that energy. What a relief, right?

In case you didm’t get this, i’m going to repeat it: You came here to be exactly who you are at your authentic core! Give yourself permission to start living from that space and imagine how different you will feel in your life and the incredible authentic life you can create from that space!

Ways to move remove the masks

  1. Close your eyes, take a couple of deep breaths and center yourself.
  2. Ask to connect with your True Authentic Self.
  3. Feel that Authentic Part of you! Breathe it in.
  4. Ask that anything that is NOT your authentic self melt away from you NOW into a vortex of light below your feet.
  5. Feel it melt away. Make sure you let go of all of it.
  6. Say: I surrender everything that is NOT my authentic self. I surrender all masks, all walls, the box I have created living in, everything that keeps me living a false self. I ask that it all leave now!
  7. Now feel your authentic self again. Feel yourself up completely with that Authentic Self. Send it out through your aura.
  8. Now make a commitment and intention: I AM my Authentic Self and I make a commitment to live from this space through all areas of my life. Send that energy through your world.
  9. As you go through your day, you may see your masks try to come back. Be conscious of them. When they do, send them away again.
  10. Repeat this for 30 days and watch yourself grow back into that incredible Magical Being that you are!

Where does Anger Come From?

We suddenly seem to live in a society where it is completely acceptable to yell, scream, cuss, bully, hurt, get revenge and fully take our anger out on one another.

As I was thinking about anger and how extreme the level of violence in our movies, games and television has gotten and how now more than ever reflects the allowance, unconsciousness and complacency of anger toward one another or visa versa in our society, it makes me incredibly confused about how we got this out of control. Have we seriously become so conditioned to all the violence that we are exposed to through media that we are blind to that NOT being ok? Have we become such a society of instant gratification that we see no problem taking out our anger on whomever we think “caused” it. And now social media only adds to this dilemma by making it safer for people to remain anonymous yet say/do anything they choose.

If we want to make changes, we need stop blaming others for how we feel and take a moment to look at where anger really comes from. Wayne Dyer used say, “When you squeeze an orange, orange juice come out and the same is true with you.” Meaning that whatever is within you is what comes out when YOU are squeezed. Anger is not outside of you.

But where does anger originate? At the base of any emotion, lies the core emotion. And at the core, there are only 2 emotions that exist, Love and Fear. All else is derived from those. So if you are experiencing anger, there is a fear of some sort driving that anger. In order to release the anger, you must first allow yourself to see what fear is at its core, face it, and release it.

How did the fear get there, you ask? You learned it. Most fear is based on feelings other people had within them that got passed on to you – usually unconsciously (meaning you took it on as yours without really knowing you were doing so). When you are able get to any core fears you have and look at them honestly, you may realize they were never yours to take on.

At your soul’s core, you are Love. Somewhere within you you know that. The more you are able to face and release the fears that cover up the Love, the more you feel the powerful Love within yourself and reflect that into the world.

Think about what you would really like to be feeling on a daily basis. Think about what you are subjecting your unconscious to with the shows you watch, the games you play, and the people you surround yourself with. Do these represent who you want to be and what you want to be feeling? Do you want to be bombarded with images and feelings of anger/fear or consciously connecting to Love? Remember that you have the ability to create what you want in your world. Remove what doesn’t work for you. Decide what is right for you. Pay attention to what you are subjecting your unconscious to; what you are subjecting your children’s subconscious to. It’s time to stop blaming other people what what is going on, take responsibility for your part in the creation (without judgment) and take steps to move into your true authentic true self. Here is an exercise that can help.

Ways to move out of fear and back to Love

  1. When you experience an emotion that doesn’t feel good to you ask yourself, “What is the fear underneath this emotion?”
  2. Where did it that fear originate?
  3. Is this something you really need to be afraid of, or was this someone else’s fear?
  4. Are you ready to let it go?
  5. Take all the energy from the core vision you see of the core experience and send that into a bubble of PURE LOVE. Feel it immersed in Love. Feel it transform into Love.
  6. Ask to now see the experience from a higher, limitless perception.
  7. Now send that bubble off to the sun and watch it evaporate.
  8. Remind yourself who you really are. Close your eyes and ask to connect with your Limitless Higher Self. REPEAT I AM LOVE until you feel it throughout your body.
  9. Take time for self contemplation and meditation remembering and reconnecting with the Love that you are! Ask to experience the full level of Love that you really are! Breathe that into your consciousness. Remember your mantra: I AM LOVE
  10. Find ways to connect with and express the Limitless Love within you daily.

It’s all an Illusion

For those of you on a spiritual path I am sure you have heard the saying that everything here is an illusion. That can be a hard concept to wrap your brain around when everything that happens actually feels so real. So what is really meant by that?

First off, remember that we are Spiritual Beings having a human experience. The eternal part of us that lives on after this physical body dies is our essence, our soul, or spirit (what ever you wish to call it). And that essence is part of a larger picture that is all a part of Creation. I really like how Anita Moorjani who wrote the book Dying to Be Me explained this. She said that we are each like the fingers of a hand. Each person is independent and thinks it is operating on its own, but in reality – in the bigger picture, we are all a part of the hand (creation) and couldn’t operate without it.

While in these bodies we are taught limits. We are taught beliefs and perceptions that shape our experience/reality. We are taught that pain exists. We are taught to look and live through the eyes of fear. However, after we die, we are able to remember that we are limitless Beings apart of that great Creation able to do/be anything. That all things are possible. Fear doesn’t exist. Limits don’t exist. Pain doesn’t exist. Limiting perceptions/beliefs don’t exist.

So what does that mean to us? That means that anything that limits you in any way, causes you pain, strikes fear is only an illusion that your mind has created based on the limiting perceptions and beliefs you have learned in this body. They don’t actually exist. If you were looking at the same situation from your limitless self, you would not experience any of that.

So what are so me ways that you experience your Limitless Self while in the body to experience more joy, love and abundance?

  1. When limiting experiences/emotions come up in your life ask yourself why they are coming up. Ask yourself if you are meant to learn something from it. What limiting beliefs did they get created from?
  2. Ask to see the experience from a limitless perception.
  3. Remind yourself who you really are. Close your eyes and connect with your Limitless Self.
  4. Take time for self contemplation and meditation. Taking time in silence and reconnection helps you to stay clear of the roller coaster illusion.
  5. Find ways to express the Limitless within you daily through your passions and creativity.

The Subconscious, Forgiveness, Ho’oponopono

The Subconscious

This last month has been a powerful month filled with lots of changes for many people. You may feel these changes within your own life or simply see the turmoil that we have within our country and world right now. Why are so many crazy things happening? Because as the vibration continues to grow the energy that is stuck in the subconscious can no longer stay hidden and starts to come to the surface and can create chaos if ignored.

I call it the undertow. If you don’t allow yourself to look at and become aware of the unconscious behavior that holds you back from achieving what you want in life it will keep sucking you under until the experience is drastic enough to make you wake up and pay attention.

Because we are all Spiritual Beings having a human experience, there is always bigger picture as to why we are here and what happens in our lives. When we are young, we learn certain things about ourselves and the world and create perceptions/beliefs about how the world is and our relationship within it. Those perceptions are what actually create our reality, because it is how we see a certain situation that creates our reaction. Within those perceptions lie the lessons we came here to learn.

So, for example, if you came here to learn to love yourself unconditionally, you may have had experiences in your childhood that taught you that you were not lovable. So you go through life thinking that and attracting situations that try to help you learn that. As you grow, on a conscious level you may work on liking and loving yourself but as long as on an unconscious level you have beliefs/perceptions that you are unlovable, you will continue to attract that into your life until you heal/transform that perception.

That is why people keep repeating patterns in life. I call it the undertow because people can become aware of the pattern and try to pull themselves out of the waves, but it is the unconscious that pulls you back in. Everything is energy, so what we vibrate we attract. So what is most important is becoming aware of the core emotional/mental pieces that create any given situation.

That core piece lies at the base of anything that needs to be healed whether it is a life pattern or a physical illness. Because as long as the misperception exists, it continues to create unbalanced energy to get one’s attention any way it can many times finally manifesting physically in one way or another. Sometimes the only situations that wake people up end up being catastrophic because people didn’t pay attention along the way. There is a saying that says that the Universe/God (whatever you choose to call it) first comes to us in whispers, then gets louder and louder until we awaken to that which it is trying to teach us.

Now if you want to take that one step further, We are all One – which means all things that you experience (whether within you or outside of you) is simply a reflection of you and something you can work on healing.

Below is an article on a simple yet powerful technique of  Ho’oponopono that you can use in your life to help you heal yourself and your experience of the world.

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients – without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate’s chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person’s illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved.

When I first heard this story, I thought it was an urban legend. How could anyone heal anyone else by healing himself? How could even the best self-improvement master cure the criminally insane?

It didn’t make any sense. It wasn’t logical, so I dismissed the story. However, I heard it again a year later. I heard that the therapist had used a Hawaiian healing process called ho’oponopono. I had never heard of it, yet I couldn’t let it leave my mind. If the story was at all true, I had to know more.

I had always understood “total responsibility” to mean that I am responsible for what I think and do. Beyond that, it’s out of my hands. I think that most people think of total responsibility that way. We’re responsible for what we do, not what anyone else does. The Hawaiian therapist who healed those mentally ill people would teach me an advanced new perspective about total responsibility.

His name is Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. We probably spent an hour talking on our first phone call. I asked him to tell me the complete story of his work as a therapist. He explained that he worked at Hawaii State Hospital for four years. That ward where they kept the criminally insane was dangerous. Psychologists quit on a monthly basis. The staff called in sick a lot or simply quit. People would walk through that ward with their backs against the wall, afraid of being attacked by patients. It was not a pleasant place to live, work, or visit.

Dr. Len told me that he never saw patients. He agreed to have an office and to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself. As he worked on himself, patients began to heal.

“After a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely,” he told me. “Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications. And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed.”

I was in awe.

“Not only that,” he went on, “but the staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared. We ended up with more staff than we needed because patients were being released, and all the staff was showing up to work.”

This is where I had to ask the million dollar question: “What were you doing within yourself that caused those people to change?”

“I was simply healing the part of me that created them,” he said.

I didn’t understand.

Dr. Len explained that total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life – simply because it is in your life – is your responsibility. In a literal sense the entire world is your creation.

Whew. This is tough to swallow. Being responsible for what I say or do is one thing. Being responsible for what everyone in my life says or does is quite another. Yet, the truth is this: if you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life.

This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy – anything you experience and don’t like – is up for you to heal. They don’t exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projections from inside you. The problem isn’t with them, it’s with you, and to change them, you have to change you.

I know this is tough to grasp, let alone accept or actually live. Blame is far easier than total responsibility, but as I spoke with Dr. Len, I began to realize that healing for him and in ho’oponopono means loving yourself. If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone – even a mentally ill criminal – you do it by healing you.
I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. What was he doing, exactly, when he looked at those patients’ files?

“I just kept saying, ‘I’m sorry’ and ‘I love you’ over and over again,” he explained.

That’s it?

That’s it.

Turns out that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, you improve your world. Let me give you a quick example of how this works: one day, someone sent me an email that upset me. In the past I would have handled it by working on my emotional hot buttons or by trying to reason with the person who sent the nasty message. This time, I decided to try Dr. Len’s method. I kept silently saying, “I’m sorry” and “I love you.” I didn’t say it to anyone in particular. I was simply evoking the spirit of love to heal within me what was creating the outer circumstance.

Within an hour I got an e-mail from the same person. He apologized for his previous message. Keep in mind that I didn’t take any outward action to get that apology. I didn’t even write him back. Yet, by saying “I love you,” I somehow healed within me what was creating him.

In short, Dr. Len says there is no out there. It would take a whole book to explain this advanced technique with the depth it deserves. Suffice it to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there’s only one place to look: inside you.

And when you look, do it with love.

How to Find Your Passion

How to Find Your Passion and Realize your Dreams. This is the subtitle of a book I co-wrote a few years ago with a good friend of mine. It is a book for tweens and teens to teach them how to connect with their passion at an early age so that they can be feel more guided through life in knowing what they would love and feel passionate about doing.

The reason I wanted to write this for young people is to help them connect with their passions and dreams early to know that anything is possible – before they get told what to do or not to do, or to be or not to be – before any fear or limitations are learned. I see so many adults living a life that isn’t fulfilling for them in some way. They feel like something is missing, or they don’t like the choices they have made and would like their life to be different but don’t know how to go about changing it. So what if we taught young people to Dream and Create what they want in life and that it is entirely possible to live a life from that passion. Imagine what your life would be like if you were taught that?

So what if you aren’t living your passion as an adult, how can you start to create more of what you want in life and live from that space? First, you need to figure out what your passion is. For some adults, that can be tough, but spend time with yourself remembering what it is you really love to do and feel passionate about. Next, how can you start bringing that passion into your life more? Take small steps to start – but give yourself permission to have time for yourself to connect with your passion. Decide that you deserve to be happy in what you do. As adults, we create many other reasons to work, most of them involve limiting thoughts around money, but don’t you also deserve to be happy at what you are doing? I had a friend tell me once, if you don’t like what you are doing, than you have some one else’s job. Think about how true that could be…some one else might be able to bring love and passion to a job that you don’t have any of that for – and imagine how much love and passion you could have for a job that does resonate with you! It is all a matter of perception and deciding what you really want in life. Do you want your life to be dictated by limitations or restrictions that you have been taught, or are you ready to live from your heart and soul and do what you have come here to do? Our society teaches that it isn’t possible to make money living your dream – but their are thousands of people who are – so what do you want to believe? Of course it is your choice and the more you choose happiness and honoring yourself in your life, the more you will move toward Dreaming and Creating the life YOU want!

As for our book…it was all very divinely guided. My friend quit her job (I had already quit my corporate job) and we traveled around the country interviewing kids who had fulfilled a dream in some way. We wrote a proposal for the book, sent it to 7 publishers and got picked up by one, Beyond Words! It was a fun ride and now several years later, we have the rights back to the book and made a few changes to it and created an ebook with some additional photos of the kids we interviewed. The new title is, Dream It and Create It! How to Find Your Passion and Realize your Dreams. It is available on our store or on Amazon. The book is written for 7-12 year olds, but we have had many adults love it and benefit from it as well.

One of my greatest passions in life has always been to help people see/find their gifts and know that their purpose in life includes using those innate talents. It is the times at which people are in the flow of their innate passion, that you can see and feel the Divine moving right through them. To me, it is the most beautiful thing to witness. If there is anything you learn from this article, I hope that it is that you not only have permission to live your dreams, but that your passion holds the key to your happiness and by giving yourself permission to tap into it, you give yourself and the people around you the true gift of your soul  which is precisely what you came here to share.

Is your Life in Balance

Happy Spring!

This month I am discussing ailments and where they come from. Even though ailments show up on a physical level, they are NOT merely physical diseases. The word “Disease” if separated from its prefix and root word, you actually have Dis Ease. When you look at it this way, you can see that the actual meaning of disease is that something is at a level of dis-ease or imbalance. The way the western culture thinks of disease is as something that the body simply has and is uncontrollable and most times incurable. This is where holistic medicine and western medicine differ. In holistic medicine we look for where the original dis-ease was created, or root cause rather than treating only the physical symptom. Because if you don’t clear the dis-ease at the root level, the ailment will, most likely, stay with you. I think this is why most western medicine doctors are more inclined to say “this is a lifelong ailment” or “you will need to take this medicine for the rest of your life.” Well, by their standards, that is probably true, because they are simply working with the physical symptoms. I think you will find in most cases that the imbalance in your life came long before the physical symptoms showed up. The physical symptoms show up as a result of being out of balance in other areas of your life. It is your body’s way of absolutely getting your attention because up til now it hasn’t been able to.

So where does dis-ease come from if it is not physical? This is a great question to ask yourself! Take a step back from it, get quiet and ask yourself, why is this showing up in my life right now? What is it trying to tell me? What is it trying to teach me? Where on an EMOTIONAL level am I out of balance right now? Where on a SPIRITUAL level am I out of balance right now? What has been going on in my life that I have been ignoring? Where in my life am I out of balance? What can I do to create balance?

Another way to detect where the imbalance is in your life is by looking at where the physical ailment resides. What area of the body it is in? If it is your back, what does your back represent? It represents support. Where are you out of balance with allowing support into your life? If it is in your intestines, that is in the 2nd chakra area which represents emotions. What do you do with your emotions? Do you stuff them down? Hide them? If so, that energy has to go somewhere, so it will create blocks on a physical level. Cancer is a big one in our country. If you know of anyone who has cancer, how good are they are RECEIVING love and support? Are they the people the support everyone but themselves? The number one lesson with cancer is learning to receive love – learning to love oneself. If you look at this on an energetic level – when you give everything you have to everyone else and don’t fill yourself back up, than what energy does the body have to operate with? It has none. So it becomes tired, emotionally, spiritually, physically and tries to “feed” on something, but since it has nothing, it feeds on itself – destroying its own cells. And sometimes physical ailments come about because we push ourselves so much that we simply need a rest and that is the only way the system knows to force the shut down. Make sense?

So if you have some physical ailments right now in your life, what can you do about it?

Here are some recommendations: Take some time for yourself and look at what is really going on. On some level, you know what is happening. Where are you out of balance? What is going on emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually? Where do you feel you need nourishment? What area of the body is it in? And what does that tell you?

Your AHHH for the month: This month, try setting some intentions and taking some actions for how to create balance within yourself on all levels. Get clear about what it is you need emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally and learn new ways to give this to yourself. What is going to make you feel nourished on all those levels? What can you feed yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually that will help you feel balanced. What is your body trying to tell you? Remember, we are not our bodies. Our focus in this culture may simply be the physical body, but we have other systems that also need our attention. We are actually spiritual beings having a human experience. And each experience we have gives us an opportunity to learn and evolve. So take some time to look at the big picture of all things out of balance in your life right now and learn new ways to balance them out. If you don’t do this on your own, I promise you that you can’t live with imbalance forever. It always catches up with you. So take time for yourself now. Find some meditation you like (there are lots of free ones on youtube), spend some time in nature, laugh more, play and have some fun. If you are here to learn and grow, do you want to do it the hard way – through force because you didn’t listen – or the easy way, learning to create love, balance and harmony and joy in your life on your own? It’s your choice.

Celebrating Love

Happy Valentine’s Day Month!

What are you doing during this month of the celebration of Love? I know this time of year some people really look forward to having a loved one show them how much they care by what they give them. Unfortunately, it can be a time of extreme expectations of one another and disappointment because if someone doesn’t give you what you expected, does that mean they don’t love you? Some feel that way. And others get sad (and unloved) because they don’t have anyone to share the day with. So what can you do to be joyful no matter what happens during this month of Love Celebrated?

Here are some recommendations: First, it is important for you to know what Love really means to you. Sometimes we are searching for or expecting something that we don’t know our own definition of (don’t let society define love for you). So how does unconditional feel? What does it look like? How do you define it? Next, and the most important piece is Self Love. How much do you show yourself that you love you? What little things do you do for yourself? How much do you feel love for yourself? Imagine if you felt so much love for yourself that it just bubbled over? How would that change your day? Your life? The more you connect with your Self Love the more you attract that energy. Like energy attracts like energy. Keep that in mind when you are looking at what you are attracting into your life. Know that you can change your own vibration to BE and Attract that love within and love without :).

Your AHHH for the month: This month, try waking up each morning and connecting with the feeling of Divine Unconditional Love you have within you. Upon awakening (with your eyes still closed) ask that you experience the highest level of unconditional Divine Love that you can most easily accommodate. Allow it to fill every cell of your physical, emotional and mental bodies. Spread it out through your aura (which can extend 10-15 feet). Say to yourself, I AM LOVE. Then, set an intention to live Love all day every day this month. Feel how that changes your life!

Martin Luther King Day

This being Martin Luther King Day/Week, I started thinking about his powerful message. I would like to think that if he were alive today, his Dream would be even bigger and would be a message for treating everyone with respect and equality worldwide. The real problem is that we are taught to judge differences. We are taught to be non-accepting and separate ourselves when people look different or live their lives differently than we do. This happens all over the world, whether it is because of one’s skin color, religion, beliefs, etc.

But think about it, what is so scary about everyone being different? Do you know anyone who is exactly like you? Would you want to know anyone who is exactly like you, lol? Would you want a city, a state, a country, a world of people who are exactly like you? What fun would that be? Our differences are what make this world interesting and a place to explore and learn. Imagine if every street in the world looked exactly like the street you grew up on? Wow, can you even imagine that? How boring that would be? So maybe we need to take some time to think about what it is we are really judging and non accepting of. The world is merely reflecting back to us, that which we need to learn within. So what, within yourself, do you judge yourself for? What do you discriminate against yourself for? What do you not love and accept yourself for? And what can you do to find Peace, love and acceptance within and for yourself? There is a lot of love, peace, and acceptance within and around you. What if that was your focus every day? Try it for a week. Start the morning with FEELING love, peace and acceptance within, and then set your focus for that peace, love and acceptance being reflected within your day/world. Imagine how different your life would be if this was your intention..and imagine how your energy would effect the world around you. Change does begin within each person. So Be the Change you wish to see in the world.
